You can request deletion of your personal data from Cambio Elevate at any time. We respect your privacy and your right to control your data.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and include the following:

• Your full legal name.
• The email address associated with your Cambio account.
• A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your data.

What happens next

1. We verify your identity. Before we delete anything, we confirm the request came from you. This protects your account from unauthorized access.

2. We process the request within 30 days. Once verified, your personal data is removed from our active systems within thirty days.

3. We send you a confirmation. You'll receive an email once the deletion is complete.

What we may retain

Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes — including transaction records, fraud-prevention data, and information necessary for legal or regulatory compliance.
